Day three.
Spent the morning and most of the afternoon at Mildenhall. Better weather than forecast, but saying that, did enjoy the rain, hail, thunder and lightning at lunchtime. 
Again thanks for the company at John's Field, nice to chat with the spotter we met up with at Coningsby the day before. Also the other spotters there, good company.
Noticeable was the lack of F-15's flying at Lakenheath, with only half a dozen launching mid morning to accompany two KC-10's departing from there. Also a Ramstein based C-130 departed Lakenheath prior to these.

The F-15's were callsign 'Retro 81-86', so I assume with a mix of C's,D's and E's and the callsign 'Retro' that they were heading Stateside and not Middle East.
