Does anybody know the make of the aircraft that these Brazilian air force pilots were tailing, i can't make it out?

That is difficult to figure out but could it be maybe a Cessna 402 or a 414?

Hmmmm. Not the clearest footage, is it?

After re-running the clip a few times, the aircraft being tailed (and ultimately totalled) looks like a twin-engined GA bird of some sort.
I'm gonna go out on a limb here and hazard a guess at it being a Seneca (the EMB-810, not the PA-34).

Anybody else wanna take a shot at it? (pardon the pun.......) :D

Drug runners tend to use the fastest planes they can get a hold of, so my money is on one of the Cessna twins
