Can anyone ID this A/c? Unknown needs ID It has the lines and looks of a Sabreliner (T-39) but the engine config is all wrong. The registration has been scrubbed as well, so I can't go that route. Any help to put me out of my misery is appreciated.

There are old pilots and there are bold pilots, but there are very few old bold pilots.

I retrieved your pics ..... mmmmm ..... déjà vue ..... so I consulted my old (1961) copy of .....

..... and, at page 228, I found the answer .....

..... the McDonnell Model 220 .....
