Boeing must known something the boys at NASA management were not privy to! This Orion "lite" has been in the works for quite a few months:before Augustine and "The Aerospace Company" "estimates" of probable costing. The curious thing is, there are no "man-rated" Launch Vehicles to fly it! That includes The Abomination they wasted 9 Billion on for a mere boilerplate test launch which only NASA would describe as a "success". What a waste.
