Dear Editor. Could we please see more support coming from F.I. for the fixed and rotary winged squadrons that can operate from the Royal Navys ships.
I realise the debate may be Army centric at the moment but another round of R.N. Cuts will probably be untenable. I think that magazines such as your selves should be asking their readers to write to M.P.s etc to stop further cuts to any of the forces but most especially the Navy.
The new C.V.F.s have not yet been orderd nor the aircraft to fly from them and the political excuse that cuts are to pay for this project have been in use since 1998 and are now very thin indeed.
I am not now nor ever have been in H.M. Forces nor am I a member of any political party.
