Scandinavian budget carrier Norwegian is to acquire another Boeing 787, taking its fleet of the type to six.
It has signed a letter of intent to lease the 787-8 from International Lease Finance.
The twinjet will be the third 787 which Norwegian is taking from ILFC and its sixth 787 overall.
Norwegian said it would take delivery of the aircraft in early 2014 on a lease period of 12 years.
"The letter of intent is entered into as part of Norwegian's set-up for long-haul operations," said the carrier.
