How will you avoid the extra luggage fees that are popping up all over. I recently flew Air Canada from Victoria to Toronto, no luggage charges for my suitcase. Because I was flying from Toronto to Raleigh NC I was slapped with a luggage charge for the 1hr 20min flight of $ 20.00 each way. Pure discrimination if I can say so. If I had only gone to Toronto and back there would be no charges. Because I went transborder I was punished.
