    Who is fooling who here.  We have Boeing, on the one hand, claiming that the VLA market has potential for only 450 units, most of them freight aicraft, yet we have two of the biggest engine makers falling over themselves trying to position their offering as the most competitive choice for the A380. I am no expert in this field, but I can read between the lines.
