The allegation is that they drove into a BA jet, i mean they are quite big objects to miss aren't they?!?

I'd be interested to find out what charges could be potentially filed - Hit and run? Some form of reckless endangerment?

I'd be interested to find out if justified could be filed as legal excuse for the performance or nonperformance of a particular act. A classic example is the excuse of Self-Defense.
