     Powerful stuff. The US Airforce does not have the F/A-22 on order and that is a problem. The F-15 is aging before our eyes and the other fighters left are not top tier fighters ( twin engine air sup. ) like Su-35 or F-14. US Navy has new F/A -18 E/F but they still can't fly as far without refueling in air as the Tomcat, or as fast! Plus no thrust vectoring for the Hornet series yet. The British and 5 other countries are using the Typhoon, but it has no stealth or vectoring engines. The Australians want to retire their best plane early, the F-111. If the F-22 was just made instead of the JSF, then the unit cost might come down substantially. Also the naval version of the F/A 22 B would be justified. Then have the F/18 series be put in the role it was intended for.  Here is a look:
