     The only good news for the locals is that the mixed mode option was rejected. This is going to be a really long and drawn out process as the short term solution to the current congestion problem has been rejected (i.e. mixed mode) and the longer term method is so trenched in controversy and debate that it is uncertain the thing will ever be completed even with today's announcement.

    I feel that there will be trouble ahead! Indifferent
