 No problem, Musk will just have to use his own money - he's got plenty - and the pressures off OSC who were just wanted to do Cargo in any case.  But one wonders if there are also people in Congress determined to kill Manned Space altogether - as I still consider the current POTUS intends if he can finesse it.

All bureaucrats(oh, and politicians!) MUST die!
