I'm really sensing desperation here - and dare I say it(!) - MUTINY in the ranks of Top Management @ NASA! What next?! Suddenly they find an accounting error and actually find they can do Constellation for 1/2 the money - by going DIRECT(sorry couldn't resist!)!! Wouldn't surprise me now. Especially if Obama takes GAO brickbats seriously - as, if cancelletion is in mind, he'll jump at at such a nice juicy bone.  Well, there's always Option 4B employing DIRECT methods! Hope yet!

All bureaucrats(oh, and politicians!) MUST die!
