Interesting! It's almost as if the other countries, now that U.S dominance is fading with zero manned space capability post 2011, are taking up the slack and bidding fair to take over. The first space-based hi-jack coming up?! If NASA goes thru with Option 2 and Congress doesn't replace the removed funding, it may become necessary... as Constellation, Orion & COTS-D slip further and further back; perhaps to the point where the U.S will become like Canada in Manned Space endeavours....
All bureaucrats(oh, and politicians!) MUST die!
