On April 8, 2008, an F-16
fighter jet from Hill Air Force Base strafed a vehicle in which two
soldiers were riding at the Utah Test and Training Range. The results
of an investigation, finding the pilot at fault in the incident, were
announced in June. The 178-page investigation report was obtained by
The Salt Lake Tribune under the Freedom of Information Act.
