A Lockheed C-130 Hercules (believed to be CNA-OQ msn 4892 built 1981 but unconfirmed) of the Royal Moroccan Air Force has crashed into mountainous desert whilst on approach to Goulimime Airport, Morocco on July 26, coming down approximately 10km east of the airport killing 78 occupants. The aircraft is understood to have departed from Laayoune, Morocco with nine crew, 60 soldiers and 12 civilians on board and fog and bad weather conditions were reported in the area the aircraft came down.
