OTTAWA -- An initial analysis of the fatal crash of a Snowbird jet at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, Mont., last May has found the pilot's seatbelt came unbuckled during an airborne roll, causing him to fall out of his seat and lose control of his aircraft.
