In a move to get away from the cattle market method of boarding traditionally used by Southwest, they are trying a new way of getting passengers to queue up and board more calmly.

In order to train their passengers to take up the new system, they have posted on their web-site a training video for them to study, before they turn up for a flight.......

Is this an extension of the Easyjet system, that Easyjet would be taking up later. Southwest are also talking about doing away with boarding families with children first, I'm not sure about that-it always seems good to get the wailing children on first, so everyone else can sit away from them.

Would you feel upset at being trained like this??

With an outbreak of foot and mouth disease near Heathrow don't give BAA any ideas, they're just baarmy enough.

But I bet they would charge you for it.....
