 Its Spacelab the shuttle payload bay modeule - don't know which mission though

STS-9 / Spacelab 1

The Crewmembers :

Payload Specialist Ulf Merbold (ESA astronaut) and Mission Specialist 2 Dr Robert Parker

They are floating about the Spacelab Module

It's another victory for Rapier, here's the explanation in full:

NASA mission specialist Robert Parker (left) and European Space Agency payload specialist Ulf Merbold float inside the Spacelab 1 science module located in the payload bay of Space Shuttle Columbia on its sixth mission, STS-9, that took place from 28 November to 8 December 1983.
