A soviet dog, wearing a Zvezda special full-pressure space suit, being prepared for a training session or a real high altitude flight on R-1D or R-1E sounding rocket in the mid-fifties.

...clearly an outtake of the cult classic "Robot Monster", although the girl isnt supposed to hold the monster....
