     And the answer is:

     Space Shuttle Challenger’s April 1984 STS-41-C mission sees NASA astronauts George Nelson and James van Hoften conduct an extravehicular activity to change a faulty attitude control module on the Solar Maximum Mission Satellite while the spacecraft is held in the aft-end of the orbiter’s cargo bay.
