It looked like a T-45 Goshawk (a/c carrier training a/c).... don't know how true this is but the representatives from the US Navy once told me that it is the only single engined aircraft that they use for carrier operations, based on how reliable the RR Adour engine has been in the Hawk over the years. They said it was one of their least problematic aircraft (this was in about 2002).

Bet it still stings a bit when it runs you over!

What are the three guys doing in the background lifting and crossing their arms! Your make gets knocked over so you stand there making a fool of yourself! I guess its some kind of warning that an accident has happened but it doesnt need three of them! Help your mate first!

You're absolutely right Victor, I personally would never stand there with my arms crossed but that's because I'd be too busy laughing and pointing.
