This video, apparently recorded by a video camera pointed at a television screen, is an RIA Novosti report about the Russian PCHELA-1T, a UAV manufactured by the Yakovlev Design Bureau. Its primary use is for surveillance and observation providing downlinked video for target designation and as a training target. The PCHELA is launched using rocket assist by two solid-propellant booster rocket engines, and it is recovered via parachute.
