Ecuadorian carrier AeroGal is to acquire its first Airbus A320s. The two aircraft (serials 4281 and 4284) were originally ordered by Colombian parent carrier Avianca. The Quito-based airline is being acquired by the newly merged consortium made up of Avianca parent Synergy Aerospace Group and Grupo Taca owner Kingsland Holdings.
