Airlines Resuming Operations: Mexican charter airline Aladia planning to resume services with two Boeing 767s

The Aladia Group largely introduced the inclusive tour charter flight to Mexico in December 2006, serving holiday destinations throughout Mexico, South America, the Caribbean and United States. Although interested in offering long haul charters to European destinations prior to suspending airline operations in October 2008, these were never an option with the carrier's original fleet of Boeing 757s. The Group is expected to re-launch Aladia airline operations this quarter,  with two Boeing 767-200EREMs, the first of which is thought to a former MAXjet example (serial 23280).
