Airline Start-Ups: German newcomer My WINGS plans to launch services using a wet-leased MD-87

The airline is reported to planning to launch services on 11 August 2010, linking its Friedrichshafen base with European destinations, including Alicante, London Gatwick, Pristina, Rome and Thessaloniki. My WINGS plans to operate using the AOC of Flyant. This would seem to to explain why the recently re-activated Spanish cargo carrier, which has adopted the trade name Saicus Air, is for the first time also offering passenger and ACMI charters with a McDonnell Douglas MD-87 (reg EC-KRV, serial 49843), My WINGS has apparently been created by a Swiss-based concern, about which little is known: Red Eagle AG. The limited contact details, so far, as are as follows:

Red Eagle AG
Gartenstrasse 19
8002 Zürich
CH-020.3.921.533
Switzerland
