The Bulgarian flag carrier, which connects three Bulgarian cities to major centres in eastern and western Europe, is to add three leased Embraer E190s to its fleet, with deliveries expected in February, March and September 2012. The General Electric CF34-10E5 powered aircraft are to be configured in two classes with eight Elite seats in premium class and 100 Slimline seats in economy class. The aircraft will be operated from Bulgaria Air's Sofia base. The lessor is not as yet certain, although traditional lessor of Embraer jets, Jetscape, are known not to be involved in the deal.
