The tail of Fokker 50-120 c/n 20287 with tailnumber U-06 and name "Robbie Wijting" of the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) at Eindhoven airport  in The Netherlands (EHEH) on 5 September 2012. That same day, sistership U-05 made its very last flight in Dutch air force colors to Lelystad airport (EHLE), followed by U-06 two days later. Both aircraft will receive the livery of their new, as yet undisclosed, owner by well-known aircraft painter QAPS (Quality Aircraft Painting Services). U-06 was delivered to the Dutch air force on 22 November 1996. Phasing out these last Fokkers means the end of 96 years of almost continuous service of Fokker aircraft with the Dutch armed forces. Note the good old Fokker logo on the extreme tail.
