NHI (NATO Helicopter Industries) NH-90-NFH c/n NNLN04/1164 of the Defence Helicopter Command (DHC) of the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) with tailnumber N 164, pictured from the "winch side", under maintenance at De Kooy Naval Air Base (EHKD) in The Netherlands on 25 May 2012. The helicopter is one of six currently in the trial stage, in use for crew training. All ordered and delivered Dutch NH-90s will be converted to the operational standard at the factory. Compare this image with the image of Dutch NH-90 N-102 posted earlier (see link below) and note that the front part of the cockpit roof of N-164 is slid forward while the air intakes are moved outward for easy access to the engines. N 164 entered service with the RNLAF on 21 July 2010.
