Front view of Hawker Hunter F.51 c/n 41H/680269 in the colours of the RAF and with pseudo registration WV395 in front of the entrance of the National Aviation Theme Park Aviodrome at Lelystad airport in The Netherlands (EHLE) on 22 February 2011. The aircraft, at least the largest part of it, is ex Danish Air Force Hunter E-410 of Danish squadron (in Danish: "eskadrille") 724, which first flew on 27 March 1956. The rear fuselage of E-410 was used to repair British Hunter XE707 in 1978 and E-410 got the tail section of ex RAF Hunter WV395. At least that is what can be established by combining information from various websites, although the dates not always fit in well. The manufacturer of the Hunter donated the aircraft to the predecessor of the Aviodrome, the Aviodome Museum at Schiphol Amsterdam airport, in 1979.
