KLM Boeing 777 PH-BQE head-on at EHAM 31072013
Head-on view of Boeing 777-206ER c/n 28691 PH-BQE "Epidaurus" of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines being towed back at Schiphol Amsterdam airport in The Netherlands (EHAM) for flight KL869 to Fukuoka on 31 July 2013. The aircraft first flew on 26 January 2004 and was delivered to KLM on 12 April 2004. All KLM 777s are named after places on the World Heritage List of UNESCO, with the exception of PH-BQA, which bears the name of Dutch aviation pioneer and first president of KLM, Albert Plesman. Epidaurus is an archeological site on the Peloponnese peninsula in Greece.
