Mikoyan and Gurevich MiG-29-9.12A Fulcrum c/n 2960526367 with registration 67 of the Polish Air Force´s 1st Air Tactical squadron at Leeuwarden air base in The Netherlands (EHLW) before its display during  the second, somewhat gloomy, day of the Open Days of the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) on 17 September 2011. Is the orange cap on the nose standard equipment of the MiG-29 or is it a tribute to the House of Orange of Dutch Queen Beatrix?
