Robinson R44 Raven I c/n 2084 PH-WQW operated by Helicon since 26 May 2010 photographed over Lelystad airport in The Netherlands (EHLE) two days before it crashed into a small lake on Sunday 25 March 2012. The three occupants, the 52-year old pilot, a 41 year old father and his 9-year old son, all survived with minor injuries. They could open the door after the heli came to rest on its side in shallow water and swam ashore. See images of the crashing helicopter in the link below.
