U.S. Airways livery: fading or staying?
The future looked bright for American Airlines and U.S. Airways after a U.S. bankruptcy court and the European Union had approved their proposed merger. But the U.S. Department of Justice has filed an anti-trust case to block the merger. So it looks the U.S. Airways livery will be visible for quite a while longer. The image shows Canadair Regional Jet CRJ-200ER c/n 7823 N450AW of Air Wisconsin, which performs flying services for U.S. Airways Express, on 4 May 2007 at Toronto Pearson airport in Canada (CYYZ). Air Wisconsin previously operated N450AW for United Express. The aircraft was manufactured in 2003 amd delivered to Air Wisconson on 11 Julky 2003.
