North American AT-16-ND Harvard IIB c/n 14A-808 PH-TBR with historic Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) livery and its original air force registration B-182 and McDonnell Douglas DC-10-30CF c/n 46987 l/n 255 of the Royal Netherlands Air Force with tailnumber T-255 at Eindhoven air base in The Netherlands (EHEH) on 7 September 2011. The Harvard is owned by the Dutch Military Aviation Museum and operated by the  Royal Netherlands Air Force Historical Flight Foundation (in Dutch: "Koninklijke Luchtmacht Historische Vlucht", or SKHV). It 'was built  in Canada in 1943 by the company of former Dutchman Bob Noorduyn, the Noorduyn Aviation Company. The DC-10, which made its first flight on 4 August 1978, was bought by the Dutch Air Force in 2004 and converted to the freighter role. The aircraft recently received a cockpit upgrade, but plans to make it suitable for passenger transport as well were put on the shelf. According to recent plans to cut the Dutch air force budget, the aircraft will be phased out in 2014, as Flight International reported in the 14-20 February 2012 issue,
