This is the Blériot Type XXIV which appeared in November 1911. The machine had a fully enclosed 4-passenger cabin, where the pilot sat in the front (almost) completely in the open. As the machine was ordered by Monsieur Deutsch de la Meurthe it was also known as the 'Berline aérienne de M. Deutsch de la Meurthe'.

Picture was originally published in Flight here

www.flightglobal.com/.../1911%20-%201027.html

The original picture has faded quite a bit as even the low resolution scan of the 1911 issue gives detail in the picture which is completely faded in the original.
