Hm ... prejudices =:) The picture shows the Avro 558 Ultra-light biplane No.5 at Lympne 1923. The man with the hat looking at the engine is A.V.Roe. The undercarriage was constructed from two bicycle wheels, which were almost buried in the fuselage, hence the very low ground clearing.
