Newly-Conserved Vampire on press call day at Duxford EGSU Aerodrome 13.3.2012. Designed and built in Britain, flew with the No.5 Flight Trainig School at RAF Oakington untill 1962. Joined No.8 FTS at RAF Swinderby, came under the wing of the Imperial War Museum at Duxford in 1973, she will be on static display at the moment as there is no power plant fitted.
