The Lone Star Flight Museum is the owner and operator of the Republic P-47D Thunderbolt "Tarheel Hal". 
 
Thunderbird is the name given to the Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress. She is one of the few flyable B-17s, and is the largest aircraft at the Lone Star Flight Museum,in Galveston, Texas.
