Interior of the Bufflo Airways DC-3.

Buffalo Airways (Ice Pilots) still flies a scheduled passenger service with a DC-3. The flight from Yellowknife to Hay River NWT / vice versa  takes about 45 minutes and is also used for transporting packages etc. for BA's Courier Service. There are an early morning flight from Hay River with an afternoon departure from Yellowknife. The legendary Buffalo Joe flies the left seat and when I was on it, he graciously let me sit in his seat for most of the trip.
