Short Brothers & Harland Ltd. SC-7 Skyvan S3
The Skyvan is a high wing twin-engined all-metal monoplane with a high semi-cantilever tailplane with twin rudders. The first flight of the Skyvan, the Skyvan 1, was on 17 January 1963. The Shorts 330 and Shorts 360 are stretched model of the original SC-7 which were designed as regional airliners.
With its base in Vienna/Austria, the PINK Skyvan and it's crew travel to different drop zones throughout Europe all year around. During the months of May and August, it flies in Skydive PINK Klatovy, Czech Republic, about 90 minutes from Prague.
For any type of skydiving that you do, there will be people to jump with. There are organizers for RW as well as for freeflying. In Skydive PINK Klatovy, courses and seminars for beginners or experienced jumpers are offered.
