Jægerkorpset (Danish for Hunter Soldier) are trained, organized and equipped to carry out detecting and fighting missions behind enemy lines and can operate on land, sea and air. Jægerkorpset can at very short notice be placed in special operations where conventional forces can not be used both nationally and internationally. Seen here jumping from C-47 K-684 in the 1960's.
