Stunt pilots severely burned in crash.

Two stunt pilots survived a plane crash caused by engine trouble at an air show in Texas on Saturday February 12, 2011. Stunned onlookers at the Air Fiesta show watched as the plane plummeted toward a wooded area near the airport in Brownsville, Texas.

The FAA says the married couple was in the middle of a wing-walking act, part of their Flying circus “Pirated Skies”, seen here performing with their The Waco "Mystery Ship" at the "airsho" 2010 in Midland Texas. We wish them speedy recovery.

The Waco "Mystery Ship" was orginally built in 1940, this Waco is a one of a kind, and has been through many modifications over the years. Because of all the extensive modifications, this Waco no longer looks like an origial Waco, and was dubbed the "Waco Mystery Ship."

Amanda Franklin, the air-show performer gravely injured in Brownsville in March, has died in San

Antonio on May 27, 2011 her family announced.

Her husband, Kyle Franklin, had said Thursday that her condition had deteriorated to the point

where they stopped treatment and were giving her only comfort care.
