Great catch! First time I have seen a picture like this, and have been waitng along time to see one like this. Amazing thing is B747-400 is closer to the camera too.
It was a windy day and we had just arrived in one of the 4 areas assigned by the tower when the A-380 landed. Did not get any smokey wheels. Then my attention turned to some other action and occasionally I would look at where the 380 was, it took a long time to taxi to the gate and suddenly I saw the two of them almost nose to nose. with the 747 taxiing faster it did not take long before the "moment" was over. Sitting in an R-22 without doors can be a drafty but worthwhile experience.
