This is not an anti-war demonstration, just a member of the ground crew awaiting departure permission for this Dutch F-16, which already has its engines running at Woensdrecht airbase in The Netherlands (EHWO) on 7 June 2012. J-873 is Lockheed Martin F-16A Block 20 MLU Fighting Falcon c/n 6D-90 (U.S. fiscal year number - or serial number - 81-0873) of the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) 323 squadron.
