The A300 aircraft was shown off at the Farnborough Air Show. Here it is in flight.

Airbus Industrie's A300 testbed, seen here during a display at the Farnborough Air Show, is to be leased by General Electric for flight trials of its CF6 80E1. This engine is a development of the CF6 80C2 already in service on the Airbus A300-600, and A310 and was being offered to airlines on the high-capacity twin-engined A330.
