Bertram Dickson (second from left), J Armstrong Drexel (Cert. # 14, second from right) and William D McArdle (right, and not officially entered as a competitor). Messrs. McArdle and Drexel, both Americans, had established a flying school at nearby Brockenhurst, equipped with seven Bleriots.
