Does anybody remember a cartoon from their childhood called "Catch that Pigeon" set in WWI which featured a dog named Mutley who loved to get medals all the time, and a crazy engineer who would invent crazy flying machine/contraptions to "Catch that Pigeon", but like the Wille Coyote, never caught it. Well this Flying Boat reminds me of those Wild Flying Machines from that show.
