This Lockheed C-141 Starlifter (serial No 66-0177) on display at the National Museum of the Untied States Air Force, near Wright Patterson Air Base, became famous for "Operation Homecoming", bringing back the first prisoners of war, previously held by the North Vietnamese. 

After 40 years of service it was the last Starlifted to be retired, replaced by the C-17 Globemaster.
