 An airline official and mechanic survey the left side of the Air China B737NG that was destroyed by fire in Okinawa, Japan, after a bolt punctured the left wing fuel tank during leading edge flap retraction.

All passengers and crew evacuated safely, however the aircraft was not as lucky!
